Yes, while booking a room, you have to pay 50% deposit in order to confirm your booking.
If you cancel your booking prior to 7 days (168 hours) of your check-in, we will retain 5% of the total deposit as maintenance charge and refund the rest of the amount.
If you cancel your booking within 7 days (168 hours) of your check-in, we will retain 100% of the first night’s room rate and refund the rest of the amount, if any.
We use industry-standard encryption to securely transfer your payment details to our service providers. Furthermore, we never store your card details on our server.
All room prices are subject to 10% service charge and 13% Value Added Tax (VAT). The tax is included in the final price.
Yes, we provide complimentary breakfast that includes your choice of eggs, hashbrowns, toast, butter, jam/marmalade, and tea or coffee.
Please note that free breakfast is not included during the 50% discount period.
If you booked a room through third-party channels like Booking.com or AirBnb, breakfast may or may not be included in your price. Please refer to the booking confirmation for the same.
Yes. Please find the booking confirmation email and click the cancellation link in order to cancel your booking.
